Annual General Meeting 2023
The Annual General Meeting of Galliford Try Holdings plc (the “Company”) is to be held at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, 7th floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT on Friday 10 November 2023 at 11.00am.
As stated in the Notice of AGM made available to shareholders on 6 October 2023, the Board invited shareholders to submit questions ahead of the AGM. No questions were received in advance of the meeting however where considered, appropriate questions of a non-AGM nature received following the AGM will be responded to specifically by the General Counsel & Company Secretary.
